What all locations you deliver to?

To know the delivery locations please visit the product page in our website and follow the simple instructions mentioned there. Normally our logistics partners make delivery across the globe.

What times is your delivery done ?

Its depends upon the Logistics Partner. Normally, They do between 9 am to 7pm all Mondays to Saturdays except public holidays.

When will I receive my ordered mPhone product ?

After receipt of your order we will take all steps to deliver your product within six to eight weeks.

mPhone cannot be held liable for any delays/ loss arising out of, circumstances which are unseen and uncontrollable. At the same time we will try our maximum to ensure timely delivery failing in which the customers will be notified of the delay and expected delivery time.

Is free shipping offered ?

No, we don’t. All orders will be charged a nominal delivery charge along with respective countries.

Should necessary identification details be submitted during delivery?

Not necessarily, though the actual recipient should sign the document upon delivery.

What things should I check when I receive my delivery ?

Upon receipt,

  • Check the appearance of the package/box to ensure it is damage free.
  • If you are not satisfied please don’t sign or accept delivery.
  • The package should be returned back to the courier.
  • We will provide you with fresh product which may take a few days .
  • After opening the package If you find the product is missing or not in its original condition, please contact mPhone Customer Service at 1800 425 60 425.

Is insurance provided for products in- transit ?

Yes. But if you find the product damaged on opening, we will provide replacement within 10 days once you initiate it.

What if I modify my delivery address?

You are not authorised to change it after your order has been processed. If delivered to a wrong address or undelivered, an email will be sent to your registered email id. Your package will be kept safe with our courier agency for 5 days. You can arrange for delivery again by contacting our customer service or our courier agency. You may have to pay additional charges to the courier agency as per their rates. We will take back the package if you don’t intimate us in 5 days’ time.

What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Our delivery partners can be contacted or our mPhone customer service can be contacted.
